Can I return plants?
Unfortunately, no.
Since live plants are delicate and can get damaged when shipped back and forth, Tiny Trees does not accept returns on plants. We take great care in packing and shipping, and we promise that your plant will reach you in healthy condition.
Sometimes a plant may appear slightly tired or soft after the journey. This is normal and temporary. Once placed in sunlight and given proper care, it will settle and bounce back to its usual vibrant state.

Can I return non-plant items?
Yes.
If an accessory ( ceramic Pot ) or any non-plant product arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos to our email or whatsapp number. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund as applicable.
